V.I.P Theatre is excellent BUT the staff of VIP booking front desk is simply NOT updated and not trained well enough to handle customers ,no knowledge of what si the movie on, and dumb about english movies especially , and seems disinterested in their job , Mr Amarjeet atleast is able to help out sometimes if present , but oh what an ORDEAL to book a ticket in VIP theatre .
We are regular weekenders movie goer, and you need to look into this matter .

Screens are very good. Worth experiencing .
But
Booking staffs at both the counters are absolutely not bothered for customers nor ready to look at status of movie started/not started. And very lazy while responding too.
Suggestion: Improve quality at booking counters by adding one more and check on staffs deputed especially after 5pm
